Rhon brings proven success in building multiple profitable software and professional services firms, and over 20 years of sales, marketing, technology, and venture capital experience. Bringing extensive knowledge of the identity market, Rhon served most recently as the Chief Revenue Officer of Socure Inc. where he helped the company attain ‘unicorn’ status, growing annual recurring revenue to over $100 Million. Rhon served in identity management positions at Oracle, built the identity management team at Persistent as General Manager, created an API layer for the Oracle identity platform, and delivered a FIDO solution for the banking industry based on USAA’s patents.  Rhon’s teams built additional identity products for Oracle, NokNok Labs, and IBM, and he lead the sale of an enterprise software company for approximately $100 million.

Steve Garchik has been a real estate developer and owner for 37 years. In that time, he and his partners at The Evans Company of McLean, Virginia and subsequently at SJM Partners Inc. of Delray Beach, Florida have multiple projects that expand the country. His developments have been for a large number of commercial and residential development companies, His customers have included the Army Engineers, the National Science Foundation, the US Postal Service, the University of Maryland and many more. He serves on the boards of several non-profit institutions and is currently interested in working with a number of start up groups.

Nick Shevelyov is an executive leader with 25 years on the front lines of cybersecurity, information technology, data privacy, and risk management across multiple industries. He built his early career around technology risk management with roles at both a boutique security technology consulting firm and at Deloitte as part of the Enterprise Risk Services Group where he led cyber security and data privacy projects for global technology and financial services firms. He is the author of renowned cybersecurity book Cyber War and Peace and is known as Silicon Valley's CISO.
